Katie Field

Ms. Field is currently the Interim CEO and Director. (NEO: HALO) (OTCQX: HCANF) (“HALO”), a position she has held since February 2022. From April 2019 through February 2020, Ms. Field served as Chief Strategy Officer at HALO. Ms. Field’s resume includes senior positions at The Brookings Institution and Bain & Company. In 2014 she entered the cannabis industry and led the procurement, build out, and sale of one of five original vertically integrated companies with state licenses in Florida. Subsequently, Ms. Field operated a strategy consulting practice focused on cannabis and also worked at MariMed in 2018 as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. She completed an internship in the public liaison’s office of The White House during the George W. Bush administration. Ms. Field holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA with honors from Stanford University.

Charn Deol

Charn Deol, a multi-industry executive with over 35 years of public company management experience. Mr. Deol’s recent experience includes being a director or in management of numerous Canadian private and public companies including currently director of Bayridge Resources Inc., a director of Trilogy AI Corp , Green Battery Minerals Inc., and CFO at Akanda Corp. He has been involved in initial IPOs being established which required taking private companies in Canada through the regulatory process of going public.

Jatinder Dhaliwal

Mr. Jatinder Dhaliwal is a registered pharmacist, and has significant capital markets experience. He has served as CEO and director of multiple publicly traded cannabis companies. He has served as a director of a licensed producer and extractor. He has extensive knowledge in agricultural, medical and pharmaceutical operations. Mr. Dhaliwal is well-versed in the cannabis market from seed to sale, including cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, distribution and quality control of cannabis flower, oils, and concentrates. Mr. Dhaliwal is a certified medical cannabis practitioner. He has overseen operations of numerous retail and commercial operations and implemented various health protocols and technology advances into health and wellness chains. Mr. Dhaliwal holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Victoria.

David Jenkins

David Jenkins has served as one of our directors and as a member of our Audit Committee and our Compensation Committee since February 2023. Mr. Jenkins is currently a director at Binovi Technologies Corp., a position that he has held since December 2021; a director at Kiaro Holdings Corp. (TSXV: KO), a position that he has held since August 2022; a director at Levitee Labs., a position that he has held since January 2022; a director at Pontus Protein Ltd. (TSXV: HULK), a position that he has held since March 2022; a director at Boundary Gold & Copper Mining Ltd., a position that he has held since July 2020; a director at Montego Resources Inc., a position that he has held since January 2020; and a director at Quantum Battery Metals Corp., a position that he has held since January 2020.

Usama Chaudhry

Mr. Chaudhry is a seasoned executive with a broad expertise in corporate management, currently serving on several public company boards. His specialty areas encompass corporate development, investor relations, financial reporting, and corporate governance. He excels at aligning strategic objectives with rigorous cost control measures to enhance organizational performance. Mr. Chaudhry earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in accounting, from the University of Northern British Columbia.

Christopher Cooper

Mr. Christopher Cooper has over 20 years of extensive business experience in all facets of corporate development, senior management, finance and operations, in both the private and public sectors. His experience includes spearheading growth strategies, financial reporting, quarterly and annual budgets, overseeing corporate administration, while achieving company objectives and maintaining internal cost controls. Mr. Cooper has been a director of several private and public Company’s over the last 20 years. Most recently he was a member of the board of directors of Alpha Lithium Corporation which was acquired by Tecpetrol in October 2023 for approximately CAD$313 million. Mr. Cooper was also a director of Counterpath Corporation, a Nasdaq listed company which was taken over by Alianza, Inc. in March 2021 for USD$25.6 million. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University and his Master’s in Business Administration from Dowling College in New York.
